Reporting a bug

It helps a lot if you tell us three things:

• which page you were on, for example Classic or Mini Sudoku, and the level
• the device and browser, for example "iPhone, Safari" or "Windows laptop, Chrome"
• what you expected to happen, and what happened instead

A screenshot is even better.
